Emergency Technical Assistance Service

ETAS is an emergency service which assists ship owners and their representatives ensure ship safety and prevent or minimize the effects of marine pollution in the event of a serious ship casualty such as stranding, collision or explosion.

Technical Analysis Service

ICB CLASS has an advanced high technical ability and facility for computational structure analysis, such as calculation for large-scale structure and fatigue strength assessment based on detailed stress analysis. Computer applications have been developed and used by the Center for detailed examination of the following types of technical matters.
